Product Management
Product management is a fascinating and very interesting task at the same time.
Having managed a number of different product lines at Digital Equipment, where I also had excellent trainings, I learned a lot, not only about products and technology, but also to pull the strings between engineering and development, manufacturing and production, service and support, finance and marketing and sales.
My experience is not only about product launches, but also about the entire life cycle management of products including the product retirement process.
