Experience with event management.

Depending on the complexity it can vary between lots of fun and stress. Simple event management was accomplished by organizing smaller events for companies like press conferences, open days, smaller road shows, or smaller exhibitions.

The most complex event I ever managed was the representation of PictureTel at the CeBIT over a number of years. This involved a lot of attention to detail and supervising everything from the very first moment, via the planning phase over negotiations with booth builders, managing the schedule for the staff of a world wide company to running the show and folding it up after completion.
