Services

For Digital Equipment I managed an Educational Services Training Centre.

For PictureTel I negotiated contracts with external service providers (i.e. Deutsche Telekom), and later on I managed the German customer services organization.

Furthermore, my Marketing and Sales roles in PictureTel also required dealing with professional, maintenance and bridging services.

In the web design business I manage several maintenance contracts for existing websites.
