Summary
In the function as Training Centre Manager I managed a team of technical trainers and the delivery of all DEC Hardware Trainings in Germany for customers and internal service engineers. This included the cost centre management as well.
In my role as Product Marketing Manager the complete product life cycle of nine different product lines had to be managed, interfacing with world-wide distributed development teams consisting of engineering, manufacturing, services, finance, sales and marketing.
