Marketing Management

The Marketing Management jobs and functions were very exciting and interesting.

Creative minds and ideas usually have to be kept under the lid of tight budgets. Also, sometimes marketing involves some routine work and typically marketing people are not to keen on that.

Marketing Management means to define, run and control all relevant activities in the marketing department. This includes not only interaction with other functions like Sales, Services, or higher levels of management in a given company, it also involves the management and or supervision of external functions, like PR agencies, suppliers for materials, and of course the management of the own team. Depending on the size of the organization and task definitions it is either more task oriented or more management oriented. Additional Level of complexity is added when dealing with geographically distributed teams in different countries.
