Setting up, growing and running a company requires good management skills.
Some of the skills can be learned on trainings and seminars, others, well, you either have them or you don't.
Do I believe in Management Styles? - The short answer is no.
Companies, organizations and people are different. Can you apply A STYLE to all of them?
No, you can not.
I do have high expectations of my self, and I am disciplined. This is what I expect from people working for me as well. Leading a team to success means a team must consist of good people – the team members have to be as good as yourself or even better! Not only in life, but also in teams in a working environment, people should treat each other with respect.
I am pretty firm in my way, but I also have an open ear for suggestions and ideas.
Also coaching and mentoring is needed to some extent, depending on individual situations.
