The Internet is fascinating.
The Internet has been started already in the 1960s. In the 1980s first private Service providers emerged, but the World Wide Web (www) as we know it today is only 12-15 years old. For some it is still new and complicated, for others it is mandatory. Fact is that nowadays entire industries depend on it and a life without it seems to be almost impossible.
It does not only provide infinite information and provides a means of communication, but for most companies world wide it is an essential leg of their business; let it be for information only, customer interaction and relationship management, or as a serious part of their Sales and Marketing organization.
Depending on geographies and industries we see growth rates in e-Commerce ranging between 25% and 50% at present and this is not the end.
